Key Concept

My driving concept for this project was how could I bring gaming to real life and bring out in-game experiences to the package and event itself.

The package should be intuitive and easy to use and mimic the feeling of opening in-game rewards. Invoking feelings of a winner, surprise, memorable, excitement, wonder, and enjoyment.

Process

Design and Production

For the Worlds eSports event, there's an in-game capsule that players can earn through gameplay, offering rewards like skins, in-game currency, and champions. To align with my concept of "Bringing gaming to life," I designed a reusable display item that holds the gift and can store future League purchases, like champion figurines. As this product is a limited edition exclusive apparel line, the packaging reflects its prestigious status while staying true to the League of Legends theme. My goal is to bring elements that players love into the real world, enhancing their experience during this special event.
